My true calling and expertise is in operations. There is nothing more gratifying in an office when things are humming along beautifully, and everyone knows their roles and responsibilities, customers are happy
and employee morale is high. That is a great day at the office!
This occurs when everyone is well-trained, chaos is managed through clear policies and procedures, and individuals are continually encouraged to innovate, and grow.
The following areas are where I can be of service.
People
My goal when working with people is meeting them where they are and cultivating what drives them to be the best versions of themselves. I help them design the path for continued growth, and how they can be of service to others.

Policies
I am just going to say it, policies save lives and companies. They support best practices, and often help eliminate frustration when they are clear, concise and have bright lines.
My goal when working with companies is to review their policies, test them for conformity, confirm they are current, relevant, and make sense, and they are distributed and accessible to all employees.
A good policy eliminates the tug-a-war between individuals and departments.
If a company has no policy, perfect, let’s create a good one!
Processes
I have observed many people going through the process of doing a job, but not understanding why what they are doing is critical to someone or something later. When people understand why what they do matters, they tend to take greater pride and responsibility to make sure their job is done right.
My goal when working with companies to improve workflow is to:
- Collaborate across all departments to fully understand what each person needs to be successful
- Identify root causes of imperfections and obstacles
- Propose changes to optimize
- Initiate a plan for change
Procedures
A good procedure creates freedom for a company, and its employees. A good procedure is specific and provides step-by-step actions that must be taken to perform the functions of a job.
When a company does not have well documented procedures, they can become crippled when an employee leaves, and/or awesome employees might not take a vacation because they know no one else can do their job and it will take them weeks to recover from a few days out. It’s a terrible predicament
for everyone.
My goal is to help document every process in an organization so everyone has more freedom.
Special Projects
With each of the special projects, recommendations for file conformity or
improvements to processes will be provided and team training offered.
